A team of dynamic facilitators will journey alongside you and your team to relate to one another in a new and powerful way.
It begins with the self. Individuals in your team will discover their unique strengths from the CliftonStrengths® talent themes, bringing enlightenment about personality, thoughts, feelings and behaviour. They will learn a Strengths-based language to express themselves with more precision and authenticity.
Armed with an appreciation of their individual strengths, 360 Boost locates these in a professional context. Through job function analyses, we help individual team members identify areas to apply themselves as a valuable team member. This approach provides tangible advice on professional development based on strengths and potential blind-spots, empowering individuals to be effective and value-adding contributors to the organisation.
Drawing individuals into collaboration with one another is the focus of 360 Teams. Embracing both strengths & blind spots, 360 Teams helps pave the way for stronger interdependent relationship. Teams will forge a common identity with the unique combination of talents within their team. Through the activities, team members learn to recognise opportunities for increased collaboration.
With a stronger emphasis on strengths and social-awareness, we bring self and team together to close the loop on organisational culture. Embedding acknowledgement of strengths, appropriate feedback for gaps, as well as collective leadership, we bring a positive transformation to organisational culture.
